Vanessa started her career in the creative industry by directing the first music videos of French indie rock band Aaron. Her desire for cinema birthed her first feature “Gueule d’Ange”, starring Marion Cotillard as an emotionally immature mother, which premiered in Cannes Festival. Vanessa doesn’t shy away from diving into complex contemporary issues, as seen in her latest feature “Le Consentement”, revolving around a teenage girl being groomed by a renowned writer she admires.
